The South Street Players is a viable non-profit organization. While we have been in existence since 1982, we incorporated in 1997 as a 501(c)3 organization. Our primary source of income is ticket sales from the company's yearly stage productions, nominal income from various fundraising ventures, selling space in the Playbill for advertising, and through the generosity of our donors. Expenses consist of those costs normally associated with the staging of plays - licensing fees, set construction, lighting and equipment, advertising, etc. We minimize expenses by drawing on the talents of our Executive Board, Players Members, and numerous volunteers for most play production costs. All donations to The South Street Players will be greatly appreciated and may be tax deductible.
